The Department of Nursing and the Holistic Nurses Club of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University organized a panel titled “Multidisciplinary Approach to Breast Cancer” on October 15, 2025, at the Ömer Halisdemir Conference Hall.
The panel addressed various aspects of breast cancer, including diagnosis, current treatment methods, nursing care, and spiritual approaches. Representing the Faculty of Pharmacy, Asst. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Serkan Avşar from the Department of Pharmacology participated as a panel speaker with his presentation titled “Current Treatments in Breast Cancer: Smart Drug Application.”
The event, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration in healthcare, attracted great interest from students and academics.
