Academic Cooperation Agreement with Nangui Abrogoua University, Ivory Coast

Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Faculty of Pharmacy hosted a high-level delegation from Nangui Abrogoua University, Ivory Coast, marking a significant step in our internationalization goals. Professor KARAMOKO Yahaya, Vice-Rector in charge of Research, Technical Innovation, and External Relations, and his accompanying team visited our faculty to establish bilateral cooperation frameworks.

Agreement on Erasmus+ K171 and Joint Scientific Projects

During the meetings, a consensus was reached on implementing student and academic staff mobility within the framework of the Erasmus+ K171 exchange program. Furthermore, detailed discussions were held regarding joint scientific research projects in the fields of pharmacy and pharmacology, the shared use of laboratory facilities, and technology transfer.

"Strong Academic Staff and Modern Infrastructure"

During his visit, Prof. Dr. KARAMOKO Yahaya emphasized the quality of our university's scientific infrastructure and academic staff. He stated:

"We found both the scientific infrastructure and the academic staff of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University to be exceptionally strong. We believe this cooperation will strengthen the scientific ties between our universities and countries, making significant contributions on a global scale."

Cultural Exchange and Hospitality

In addition to academic engagements, the delegation had the opportunity to discover the historical and natural beauties of Tokat. The guests expressed their admiration for the city's nature and local cuisine, highlighting the warm hospitality of the people of Tokat. The visiting delegation emphasized that this visit established not only an academic bridge but also a cultural one.
